I've had good experiences at this Firehouse Subs for lunch. If you become a rewards member and download the app, you can earn free subs and sides. You also receive a free sub for your birthday, which is a nice perk that you have about a week to use.As a chain, Firehouse Subs is very meat-focused, and my husband always goes for the Hook and Ladder. I am pescatarian but not a huge fan of their tuna salad, so I go with the veggie. OK, five stars for a fast food restaurant seems high, I get it. The food here is good, it's Firehouse so it's not a big New York deli, but it's WAY better than any subway. What makes this one special though, is the people. They are very friendly and thoughtful. They care about your dining experience and they even remember my name even though I've only been in there a few times. When fast food seems pretty much all the same, I'll go to where the service is great, and the service at this Firehouse location is really that awesome!
I ordered two sandwiches: the Engineer sandwich and the Jamaica sandwich. I waited over 25 minutes while people who arrived after me were getting their orders. Many people were waiting there, including two firefighters who were eventually forced to leave to return to work. They ended up asking for a refund because their sandwiches weren’t made in time. When I asked for my money back, they didn’t even inquire about the reason; they just gave it to me. After waiting for 30 minutes, I left frustrated. It was unacceptable!
This restaurant offers the best hot subs I've ever had. Every time I visit, I try a different sandwich, and I've loved each one. The prices are reasonable and budget-friendly. Most of the staff at this location are fantastic, but I did have a negative experience with an older woman who took our order and handled the payment. She seemed quite unfriendly and may not be suited for a public-facing role, but thankfully, our interaction was brief. Overall, I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already!

I highly recommend this restaurant! I place orders through the app every couple of weeks, and Russell and his team consistently provide a fantastic experience. The orders are always accurate and delicious, ready exactly when promised. What truly makes a difference is the polite and cheerful customer service, which leaves you feeling wonderful every time you visit.
Despite showing Russell my confirmation email, he refused to honor my order and kept demanding further proof instead of acknowledging his mistake. Even after I confirmed the last four digits of my card, he offered no apology. His behavior is unacceptable for someone in a position of authority. I will not be returning to this establishment.
This is a great spot for outdoor dining! The farm itself is beautiful, offering plenty of space beneath a magnificent old oak tree. I really enjoyed the soft breeze that rustled through the Spanish moss. Although the street outside can get a bit noisy at times, this sandwich shop is definitely worth it for a quick refreshing escape.
My first time at this fire house sub. The food and staff were excellent! They greeted me with a smile as I came in the door. They made sure my order was correct and greeted me as I left. I will visit again.

I ordered a side salad and all the lettuce was brown. You can’t tell me that they didn’t know it was like that. The only reason I didn’t return it was bc I was dizzy.
