5 stars easily. Myself and my fiancé went to the Chester branch for my birthday on 29th August, we were not disappointed! We were treated to two glasses of prosecco and all of our food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. Great value for money we will definitely find and go to our nearest Firejacks. Thanks Firejacks for an outstanding birthday celebration! xxx
I had one of the best meals with my girlfriend at this restaurant. We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from. The decor was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered us great recommendations for places to visit in the area. We will definitely be coming back!
I walked in and was greeted by an unfriendly waiter who didn't smile at all. After being seated, it took an excruciating 15 minutes for him to take our drink order, and another 10 minutes for the food order, which was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place and wouldn't choose to visit again. I’d advise others to steer clear of it.
There was no mojito mix to start then no ribs and then no 6 oz steak so basically everything we ordered they didn't have so not good plus it was a Thursday evening Réservez une table maintenant
Great visit on Wednesday evening, served by Tiffany and William (manager), we really enjoyed our food, and we will come back here very soon. Great hospitality!
We had a wonderful evening with family, and everyone enjoyed their meals. However, the prices were a bit on the high side.
