First time at First Watch in St. Louis on Euclid. Was greeted right away by friendly staff and seated promptly. Bryce was our waiter and he was amazing. Very attentive, offered some info about his faves. We tried a variety of items from the menu. The breakfast potatoes were excellent! The lemon ricotta pancake with lemon curd was exceptional, another member of our party tried the roast beef and havarti sandwich with cheese grits as a side and they gave it a rave review!
Excellent waffle , almost melts in your mouth! Delicious strawberry topping and the eggs and toast are great too . All food arrived nicely packaged and hot . (I do wish they served a regular pancake option versus the more grainy multi-grain ones and some shredded hash browns not just the little squares which are a little on the dry side but still overall the restaurant and the food quality is terrific ! .
The Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend that everyone give it a try! The meat in the quesabirria tacos is seasoned to perfection, and the poached eggs are cooked just right! The sauces served on the side are incredible and pair wonderfully with the dish. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10/10! I sincerely hope you consider adding this to the menu permanently!
It's been a week since my visit, and I can't stop thinking about those breakfast potatoes. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. It's an all-around wonderful place that I would frequent if I lived nearby! I had a tough time deciding what to order because everything on the menu looked incredible. Réservez une table maintenant
First Watch never disappoints, the Trifecta is always cooked perfectly! Just the way I like my eggs, bacon and of course the delicious waffle. The Bobs Red Mill Cheese Grits are always the right consistency and with just the right amount of cheese. And I would be remissed, if I didnt mention the Morning Meditation, just the right blend.
The waffles and French toast were exceptional, with generous portions that provide leftovers for later. The accompanying jam was delightful, and there was plenty of syrup to go around. The morning meditation drink was both refreshing and visually appealing.
PLEASE order the waffles here. So light and airy, yet crispy on the outside with the perfect subtle hint of cinnamon. Everything else was fantastic too. Our server was nice and attentive and the food was out fast. Presentation was great. Will be returning.
We visited this restaurant for the first time today, and we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Erica, was excellent, and the food was amazing—both in taste and presentation. The prices were quite reasonable as well. We will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
The waitress was friendly, but the restaurant seemed under-staffed. The food was delicious overall, though the eggs were overcooked. On the bright side, the coffee was served hot.
