Today I made reservations via Open Table. We arrived 9 minutes early. The hosts told us they were no longer accepting reservations although they were confirmed. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager Julie was just as unpleasant as the host. She stated the following after I informed and showed her my open table app reservations via my phone Well, it 's not my fault Open Table Should 've cancelled it. I told her that was less than okay customer service. Additionally, asking me to stand outside in the cold to wait on a table is ridiculous since my reservations was confirmed and still active. Excellent restaurant near Downtown Michigan to dine. It's close to the river front. Friendly server and excellent ambience for family dinners/conferences. They offer free bread before your orders. We ordered the Shrimp Jambalaya Shrimp Sandwich. It was delicious, we will certainly visit again. Must try space

Our waitress was very slow and not accomodating,accommodating, Oyster Rockefeller were not fresh, Gumbo was horrible tasted like gravy,shrimp and rice with no flavor....I used to be a HUGE fan of fishbones. I was very disappointed!!!

They didn’t honor our reservation! We drove from Sterling Heights all the way to downtown Detroit, for them to tell us there’s a glitch in the system because they don’t accept reservations from Open Table!
Going in, all I heard was negativity about one thing or the another: generally this would be enough to steer me away.
