Place is well lit and airy. Plenty of nice seating with tables. They had LOTS of peanuts for customers to serve themselves. The order counter was not cluttered. The order taker was friendly, upbeat and answered all questions about the toppings. My cheeseburger was cooked to order. The toppings were ample and the bun was toasted. I ordered small fries and they were more than plentiful. My order was take out. Cheeseburger was well wrapped in foil so nothing dripped. Fries were placed in a cup with extras placed in the brown bag. Nice amount of napkins and not the fall apart type. Order did not take long at all remember these are not premade but cooked to order. I was debating whether to give this restaurant a 3 or a 4-star rating because it's a bit tricky to evaluate. I’ve been to several Five Guys locations, and they’re usually pretty good. This particular location serves tasty food, and the burgers are truly delicious, just like the French fries! However, the high prices are what hold this place back. Paying for a burger can be quite costly, and you don’t even get French fries for free. The portion sizes also don’t seem to match the prices. The milkshakes are really good, though! If you really want to improve your business, consider lowering the prices a bit—I’m sure it would attract more customers. Thank you!
I really enjoy Five Guys, even more than In-N-Out Burger! Our local location has consistently been excellent, even throughout the pandemic and lockdown in New Jersey. Ordering online is simple, and your food is ready when you arrive—except for the fries, which they always cook fresh after you get there to ensure they're as fresh as possible, and they’re always delicious. Just a small note: the floor in the waiting area can sometimes be slippery, so be careful as you maintain social distancing.
I ordered 16 meals from the manager, Rob, on Friday for today’s lunch break, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The order was flawless! Everyone on staff was a delight to interact with, and the food arrived hot and tasty. The milkshakes were freshly prepared right when we picked them up, which was truly impressive. Thank you!

Five Guys is an excellent spot for a quick, delicious burger. Their hot dogs are also fantastic. Don’t miss out on their milkshakes, which pair perfectly with the fries. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trying the Cajun Style fries—they truly are the best!
Placed an order with the manager Rob for 16 meals on Friday for pick up at lunch today. The order was PERFECT. All the employees were awesome to deal with. The food was absolutely hot and delicious. Milkshakes were made when we arrived forpickup. Very IMPRESSIVE. Thank you.
Five Guys is delicious, but I have to admit that when I visited, I was surprised to see that the cheeseburger almost costs 10 dollars without fries. However, the service was outstanding! The woman who assisted me at the counter was really friendly.
