I was in there today 9/21/2016 around 5:00pm maybe 5:30. There was a line nearly out the door and there was only two people behind the counter. A younger guy running the register and prepping buns and toppings and a woman on the grill and on fries. The speed and efficiency they were working with amidst an ever increasingly impatient crowd asking stupid questions and trying to tell them how to do their job was totally impressive. Neither of them skipped a beat. Neither lost their cool. I was thoroughly impressed. The management really seemed to have hung them out to dry and they were handling it in stride. Both of them deserve a heartfelt pat on the back and a little bonus. I would have asked...
This place just tried to rip me off! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they said my card was declined and I'd have to reorder. Told them nevermind and left. Checked my account and sure enough the money was taken! Went back in and showed them and who I assume is the manager said it's pending. Of course it's pending! I literally just paid for it! Everything I buy is pending for a bit. But they still take my money. I've worked in fast food so I try to be nice to people that work in fast food but don't try to rip me off.
Best burgers around..free peanuts while you wait and the staff are always welcoming.. fyi a lil food hack for them whatever you get on your burger you can add extra for no upcharge if your already paying for it on there originally..ex. if you get a bacon cheeseburger you can add ex bacon at no extra cost or if you get a cheeseburger w mushrooms you can get extra mushroom and cheese and no exta...if tht makes sense..
I absolutely adore this place! They’re always quick to get your order ready, and they serve the best milkshake I’ve ever tasted. You have to try their vanilla shake with Oreo cookie pieces and whipped cream—it's incredible!

Five Guys consistently impresses! The food at this location is always reliable, arriving hot and fresh. I have no complaints about cleanliness or the friendliness of the staff!
Great food, fast service, always more than enough food. Way better than the other burger joints in town. Worth the cost.
