My sandwich was completely wrong. They forgot the BBQ sauce, and one of my patties was medium rare at best (I just can't eat raw hamburger). I had to microwave it to make it edible. My husband's sandwich also missed the BBQ sauce, but other than that, it was fine. I'm giving this place 3 stars because the food itself wasn't bad otherwise, and they did give us plenty of fries. Typically, we don't have any issues at Five Guys locations, so I'm hoping this was just a one-time mistake at this particular restaurant. I'd be willing to give them another chance in the future.
I dined at this restaurant, and I had a great experience. The burgers were served hot, thanks to their grill. The cashier was friendly and processed my payment smoothly. Although I hesitated to request a refund, I went through the entrance anyway. You really should try this place based on my recommendation. If you dismiss what I say, you might find yourself regretting it for a long time—perhaps even needing therapy to cope! Trust me, I have a hearty appetite, so I really know what I'm talking about.
Ordered a burger, grilled cheese and soda on a Wednesday night. Food was ready in a decent amount of time. Burger and grilled cheese hit the spot and were great.But the employees are something else. I'm guessing these are younger adults. They sounded pretty verbally abusive towards each other. In addition this location was crazy dirty. I'm giving this place 2 stars as a result, they can do better.
This particular location gives the best customer service I have experienced in any five guys.They are so communicative and let you know the status of your order each minute.Everyone is eager to help when they see you standing at the counter.The freshness of their French fries is like no other.Hygiene is great.Definitely coming again.

The food was good and the staff was friendly! The prices are higher than I thought...I understand that in these times but I won't probably return! 33.00 is alot for an adult and child for burgers!
this place is the best if they are looking for a burger. the burgers are really amazing, but a bit expensive. except the price I really enjoyed. the workers are also sweet.
They like to just not include things from time to time, and their fries are pretty forgettable. Probably not worth your time.
I ordered a large fries, but I hardly received enough for a regular size. The burger was made well, though.
