I've been to various Five Guys locations before without any issues, but my visit to this particular restaurant was quite disappointing. When I arrived, there were two people in line ahead of me and two others waiting for their orders. I placed an order for two burgers, a hot dog, and fries, and it took over 45 minutes for my food to be prepared. When I finally got my order, everything except the fries was cold. The top of the burger bun was cold, and the part that was supposed to be toasted was burnt and inedible. It also seemed like they were prioritizing orders for customers in the mall, as I noticed staff taking bags of burgers away while we continued to wait for our food. This experience...
Never coming back here again. Workers were clearly intoxicated, the service was sub par, and waited 20 minutes for our food. I had to ask them where my food was because they never bothered announcing my order when it was done. They announced my friends burger so I don?t know why they couldn?t do the same for my order when it was done they just tossed it on a shelf and forgot about it.

This is the worst Five Guys I've ever visited. The restaurant was filthy, with trash cans overflowing and even children vomiting inside them. No staff seemed to be attending to the mess at all—truly disgusting. Five Guys seriously needs to reevaluate their SOP to improve this location. The quality of the menu does not make up for the poor hygiene and lack of care.

Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was just the way I wanted it and even provided some fantastic suggestions to improve it. When I accidentally spilled my milkshake all over myself, they迅速 came to my rescue, helping me get cleaned up and offering a replacement. Thank you, Five Guys!
Worst ?fast? food place I?ve ever seen so far. The worst Five Guys ever. Trash cans spilling over, little guys puking in them, no one at the restaurant taking care of anything? absolutely disgusting. They really need to make an assessment of the SOP inthis restaurant. ????
I have never encountered a fast food restaurant this filthy and unpleasant. I can’t understand how anyone would want to sit and eat here. If the dining area is in this condition, I can only imagine how bad the kitchen must be. Extremely disappointing.
I've been eating at Five Guys for most of my life, but this location was disappointing. The bun was stale, the tomato was ice cold, and the cheese wasn't melted. Definitely the worst Five Guys I've ever had.

The fries were amazing, but the burger was a little messy. It was difficult to eat without making a mess. The bun felt soggy, which made it challenging to take a proper bite.
I have a bad experience in this place. Very long line and nobody is in the counter to take the orders everybody is in the kitchen. Very crowded. And short staffed
