I ordered dinner from a five guys, and there are so many here I got mixed up and ordered from the wrong one. So, I went to the second one, apparently that wasn’t the right one either. It’s been a long day! The next place I went to was so kind and understanding they made my order anyway. The manager was so nice, and this girl appreciated it after coming from out of town to work and just wanted to get back to the hotel and chill. Thank you Five Guys!! Customer for life!
I placed an online order and didn't receive everything I ordered. I called once and was told they didn't know how to process a refund. After pressing for help, they finally agreed to have a manager call me to handle the refund, but I never heard back. I called again and was told to wait, and that I would have to speak to the same person who couldn't help me the first time. It has been way too much effort on my part to get my money back for their mistake.
Normally, Five Guys is fantastic, but tonight was a different story. I ordered a little burger online at 9:30, which is 30 minutes before they close for pick-up, and when I got home, I discovered they had forgotten the patty. The service was also the least friendly I've experienced at any Five Guys. I’m quite disappointed.
This is likely the best burger we've ever had. It was cooked to perfection and arrived quickly. Everything was exactly right on the first try, which is a nice change since many places tend to forget something or don’t cook it properly. Definitely worth every penny. Great food and shakes. Cheeseburger, hot dog, regular fries, Cajun fries, and milkshakes were all wonderful. Service was fast and friendly and food is fresh. Do not eat here if you have a peanut allergy as there are open boxes of (free) peanuts around the restaurant.
The food is good, but the pricing is outrageous. I had sticker shock when I ordered my food. $25 for a fast food burger, fries and a drink?? Insane. Will never return.
Amazing food as per usual. Service was a little slow with a trainee getting our shakes, but I'm sure that will be corrected. Highly Réservez une table maintenant
Burger was delicious. I asked for well done grilled onions. They were still not quite done. Need to be brown caramelized.
