I never ever give out five stars at all. It’s something I pride myself on because nobody is perfect. However the team behind the counter at this Five Guys is. They I’ve become a regular here and it is a great feeling when I walk in they know my name and I know everyone here. There is a Five Guys by my home in Downtown Orlando but I work up here. I won’t go to that Five Guys. I will only come here. From the top down this is my favorite burger place. Simply because of the staff. They’re an amazing group and whatever they’re getting paid is simply not enough. Outstanding all around. Thank you to the team. You make my work week much much better. Cheers
I placed my order online and when we arrived, the restaurant was crowded. I thought we would have to wait a long time. After using the restroom (which could have been cleaner), my name was called for pick-up. The gentleman who gave me my food was very kind and polite. I asked about a special request, and even though they were busy, he happily answered with a smile and great customer service. Many thanks to the staff for making our experience pleasant and efficient. We will definitely be returning because my partner loves the food here!
A group of five young individuals always gather at this restaurant. I have rarely encountered any issues at this establishment, and the only problems I have experienced include missing an order or receiving something I did not request. However, this does not detract from how delicious the burgers are. They consistently deliver flavorful and satisfying meals. Whether ordering a small or large size, customers are guaranteed to receive a generous portion of fries.
Ya know I love the food at Five Guys but with just a $1 tip in the jar my lunch was over $15 for just me. That's for a little cheeseburger, little fries, and regular soda. I can eat at BK for half that and even though I like Five Guys better than BK it's just not worth twice the price. Oh and there weren't any peanuts but is obvious why. Will I go back? Sure! But not with the same frequency as a few other places I feel are priced a little more reasonable.

Amazing Burgers and delicious fries. Tons of toppings to choose from , grilled fresh right in front of you. Due to what prices have become from competing fast food places you’d be crazy not to come here. Some of the best burgers and fries you will ever have and for a great price. Also recommend trying the Oreo Cookie Milkshake.
The quality of the food is a known quantity, seeing as Five Guys is all over, but the staff makes this location. They are nice and helpful, and in an age like this one in which staffing shortages are meaning higher prices and longer wait times, they seem to be doing better than most of the competition.
I've never had a bad experience with any Five Guys. This location did not disappoint either! I had an awesome double bacon burger, Cajun fries and strawberry Fanta soda. A delectable meal. Good service and a nice clean establishment. See ya next month!
A very pleasant visit, the staff welcomed us upon arrival and made us a fresh order to go. Our food was delicious. This was our first visit to this location and it was very well maintained.
