Customer service is not dead! No business is perfect and mistakes happen, that is inevitable. To me, the important part is how these mistakes are handled by the staff. At this restaurant, the staff ensured that my issue was handled with care and consideration. From the shift supervisor (I believe his name was Carlos), to the store manager, Anne, all the way to the district Manager, James, everyone was thoughtful and professional. And yes, their food is always delicious as well!
It seems that there's a new manager at the Five Guys in Denville, NJ. I honestly don't think he should be speaking to his employees in that manner. Everyone needs a job, but it's important to treat people with respect. It's disheartening to see someone in a position of authority treating others poorly.
Fun place to eat. French fries are the best of any fast food restaurant in my opinion. Not a lot of choices for chicken eater or vegetarian with mushroom allergies. If you have peanut allergy don’t go to this place. They also have roasted peanuts
I visit this restaurant often, and I recently noticed a new manager wearing a black shirt. He has provided excellent service to my friends and me during our last visits. Everything seems to have improved at the restaurant! Réservez une table maintenant
high-quality, well run franchise, always great-tasting burgers, fries, and shakes. Our go-to burger place. The location near Trader Joe's is extremely convenient!
Delicious food and quick service. The staff was very friendly. I forgot how generous they are with the portions. I guess we're headed home with leftovers!
FIVE GUYS Fites are too huge for just one serving, so it is bigger enough to share whatever size. Your fries beat Fast Food Fries 2 to 1.
