Burger is average and turns into one big, old, hot mess after a few bites when it is fully loaded.My BBQ sauce was lumped up on only one side of the bottom bun and there was no trace of the mustard I order.The extra mushrooms were A.W.O.L (absent with out leave) as well. The mushrooms were present, that's true, but not in any capacity that could be remotely defined as "extra".And the fries? Well Five Guys makes some good old fries then kills them with way too much salt, same as on my last visit and the visit before that.Observe the worker at the French Fry station, making faux overloaded cups of fries.1 - Place the burger in the bag.2 - place the cup of fries in the bag next to the burger.3...
Five Guys is a simple concept. Serve excellent burgers and fries and not much else, although they do have hot dogs. Simple surroundings and no frills ensure the focus is on the quality of their product. We tried the regular size (double patty) bacon burgers, dressed to order as we like and an order of their delicious fries and 2 regular fountain beverages. Total was $30 with taxes. The cost is about 50% more than say McDonalds or A&W. However the quality and taste is well worth it. Tasty, juicy burgers and lovely golden fries cooked just perfectly, not too oily or too salty. Never a surprise at Five Guys getting a fantastic burger and delicious fries. We prefer to eat at the restaurant - the burger and fries loose their edge when the travel for 30 minutes! The one thing that was HORRIBLE in the restaurant was the piped in music. I don't consider myself old and stuffy but heavy metal tunes at high enough volume that conversation is at elevated levels was not what I expected. One would have though the music was for the benefit of customers primarily. I suspect that the manager thought differently. PLEASE reconsider for the next visit!
You can never go wrong with starting out with a fresh patty of meat that is not frozen! They ground it every day! SO many choices - 1 to 3 patty burgers; many choices of toppings to choose from so everytime you can make a different burger to enjoy! Fries are delicious as well! Can be pricey but well worth it! You can eat in or take out! While waiting you can take a scoop of peanuts in a shell and enjoy - free for the taking! You will see shells on floor from this lol. Bon Appetit!

It's five guys, can't say much more about it. If you are looking for a nice greasy spoon for some good burgers and fries, look no further.Service is average, eating area is average. This place serves its purpose of getting you a burger and a fry at any time of the day!
It was a very nice representation of the brand. The service was friendly and nice and the burgers were served very quickly. Love those fries. Very big location, lots of tables. and it was reasonably clean.
A great representation of the brand. A nice clean and large location. Friendly and fast service. The burgers were the usual great. plenty of parking, though they didn't have the huge multi drink machines.
Very unhappy with this restaurant. Service was lousy, music was so loud you could not talk, burger was thrown together. Have been in many other Five Guys, and this one just does not shape up!

Fresh burger just the way you want it! and fries too! watch out for peanut allergies as they have shelled peanuts to eat everywhere!
Recently picked up some burgers and a poutine from Five Guys...the burgers were average but the poutine - not the best.
