Ordered food for the first time through grub hub and what a surprise! Called the restaurant and after almost 10 min of conversation where they couldn?t even see our order a very rude manager gets on the phone who sounded very rushed and impatient.Then in a rude tone she told me that I should have known that the driver has to place the order on behalf of Grubhub and thenwait 50 more minutes for food to be done. Seems like she was not interested in our orders all that much. This tells me theydon?t care much about their customers. Ordered two calzones, they were large and ordinary. This was our first visit to this establishment. There's a unique decor and atmosphere with real plants.. Which was a huge plus for my GF.. The food was not bad but was lacking.. The prices here on average are pricey based on portion size, flavor andquality... Nobody is perfect and I will always be fair in my reviews.. So, I will return to Florencia's for another opportunityfor them to wow my taste buds..
Very disappointed with this restaurant. I got a promotion from UberEats and since I?d never eaten from this place before, I decided to try it. Two different orders were cancelled because they weren?t accepting orders and then technically problems. Ihave no idea if this place is any good or not and now I?ll never know, because they lost my business.
