The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and new right away if what I was ordering was safe or not. I ordered the lettuce wraps with chicken. The person on the phone knew which sauces and add ons were safe and it was easy to order. I also tried the veggie pizza. All of their pizzas are gluten free so there is no chance of contamination in the kitchen or in the oven.

Came here for a quick drink over the weekend and sat on the patio as it was unseasonably warm and sunny out. What a nice spot the server she was super friendly and very good at her job, the beer was cold and tasty wish we were able to spend more time at Fluid. We will definitely be back next time we're in Courtenay!

Went with my celiac son, and our server was amazing. He double checked everything with the kitchen to make sure it was as safe as possible and separated the gluten free (diet) from celiac safe menu items for him. He was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with his knowledge. We will be back!

Have frequented here and it’s a solid choice. Maybe 70/30 for successful meals not having cross contamination but I’m not celiac and sometimes don’t identify I am gluten intolerant and order what has previously been safe.

Waitress was very knowledgeable and there were a lot of choices on the menu. Food was great!
