First order the bomb and 2nd order a bust. Do not order the Mac n cheese because the menu description is wrong. We ordered it because it wa supposed to have a tater tot crust and Gouda cheese but it was plain old Mac n cheese that wasn’t even good. I called to ask why it didn’t have the tater tot crust and she said only the kids Mac n cheese has the crust. I said that’s not what the menu says, and she simply apologized. I certainly wouldn’t have ordered it if it was ordinary. The wings tonight were only ok PBJ but the wings last order were awesome Banzai. I’d go back for them. We also had sandwiches the other night, the Hot Mess and the Mac N Rib and we all loved them. Very heavy on the butt...
I wish I could have given 10 stars. I had my doubts about how they were going to fit all of this on a sandwich and have the bread hold up? No soggy sandwiches here? Hands-down the best sandwich I think I have ever had. Not only was the food amazing, take the time to look around at the way the inside is decorated. Very old school with an updated spin? we drove an hour and a half to go to the beach and I will drive an hour and a half just for the grilled cheese? don?t be nervous about the outside? I promise you there is something absolutely delicious on the inside.
All we could say while we were there was, this is just STUPID! The grilled cheese(s), the tots, the Go Shorty shake, the Purple Drank we were all just sampling everyone else 's in our party because we couldn 't believe how good everything was! Oh my gosh. Like we told the staff, the only thing we didn 't like was that there aren 't any of these in Ohio. Give this place a 100/100. Do yourself a favor, if you 're ever in the St. Pete Beach area, try this place! You won 't regret it. My husband and I would go back there just for the Purple Drank alone!
I was a little skeptical at first because the menu is a little intimidating but don?t worry because the front counter staff will help you decide with their recommendations. The atmosphere is like 80, 90?s hip hop vibe was awesome. the food is the ultimate reward. Bread is crisp, buttery and is built to be handled. Very hearty and flavorful, you?ll get lost in the world of flavors but you won?t regret it. Very happy food 10/10, staff 10/10, cleanliness and atmosphere 10/10. What are you waiting for? Went here for the 1st time in March 2021 and absolutely loved the atmosphere, the decor, the music being played. Brings you back to the 80s hip hop Era. The food here is amazing. Don't sleep on this place. The price is reasonable for the size sandwiches you get. This is now our 4th time here. Brought the whole family, including someone from out of town. Food was amazing as always. Super excited that they added a plant based chicken to the menu. Always amazing and delicious.
