very disappointed was there for a bday and could hardly get the gauchos to bring them something! we never brought lamb or several other meats and cheeses that we noticed where they run around. at the end of dinner I asked what had happened, we had not been offered these objects and was said that they are short workers! sounds like that was not a problem that was there problem and would not have taken so many reservations for the day. was extremely annoyed never sit in the back of the restaurant, they are not waited as for them going around are table and we have turned our cards to green!!!
Readily accommodated my dietary needs when I called days in advance! Service was very slow this night, and the noise level made it difficult to hold a conversation. Still, we'll return because of the manager, Kat, and the kitchen their kindness made dining out easy for me and my party.
