Fonda Montserrat Cb.

Cambrils boasts of its Mediterranean cuisine, and Fonda Montserrat is a good example of how sea and land ingredients make a nice meal. I went with friends and had a cheap dinner (15 euros per person, 2 dishes and dessert, including 2 bottles of water and a house-recommended wine from the region). I especially recommend cod dishes and tatin cake. Don't expect a chill-out atmosphere or a fancy decoration. No frills, but the important factor is the cooking.

Fonda Montserrat is located at the one of the streets entering to the centre of Cambrils, in the same building as the hostel. That`s why we stopped, driving by car and looking for the place for eating and although it was almost 4.00 pm, we got the late lunch. The food was good, simple, dominated by local specialities and very cheap. We skipped only the carafe of poor house wine, included into the set and ordered the bottled one.

Es un hostal antiguo, pero está muy cuidado.Nosotros hemos muy bien, por parte de la dueña untrato exquisito y está pendiente de todo. La habitación,muy limpia y arregladita, se agredece. En el restaurante que decir,espectacular comida casera con proximidad ,además yo que soy del gremio en cocina lo hacen con cariño,todo buenísimo,gracias

Muy amables todos los trabajadores , el camarero super simpático , y las instalaciones cmuy bien, incluso nos dejaron entrar antes porque estaban ya libres cuando vuelva a Cambrils volveré a ir , muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad

Un lugar para comer un menú a un precio correcto. 2 platos y postres a escoger de una serie de platos europeos, mediterraneos y alguno belga. Correcto. Servicio correcto. Algo ruidoso con muchos clientes.
