Fondel's Muhle - Réservation de table

Vergangene Woche war ich mit meiner Freundin in der Mühle Essen. Als erstes fällt das Rustikale Ambiente auf, welches sehr einladend und gemütlich ist. Der Service war super freundlich und Aufmerksam.Nun kommen wir zum wichtigsten, dem Essen. Es war eine kleine Reise in ein fremdes südländisches Land. Der Koch Esmeraldo, ( Er hat sich während unserem "Überraschungs-Menü vorgestellt und die einzelnen Gänge präsentiert) kombiniert deutsche Küche mit mediterraner Leichtigkeit was zu einem exzellenten Ergebnis führt. Die ganzen Gänge, die wir verspeist haben, wirkten extrem aufeinander abgestimmt und haben mit den frischen zutaten und dem exzellenten Geschmack einfach nur überzeugt.Vielen Dank f...

We had a fantastic meal in this lovely restaurant, a converted old mill about 15min scenic walk along the Rhine from the centre of Boppard.The staff (especially Simone) were amazingly friendly even lending my fiancee a pair of glasses when she had broken hers.As we could not decide which wine to have Simone gave us 3 different Riesling samples to help us decide.All 3 were excellent.The food we are was delicious - I ate a very tender beef casserole with noodles while my fiancee ate a very tasty veal dish with noodles. We finished off with 3mini-desserts (creme-bruise, raspberry tiramisu & mango cheesecake)The prices were very reasonable & the ambience was wonderful.Highly recommended!

Up on the hill in Boppard, away from the touristic center, in an old restaured mill from 1762, you find this excellent restaurant.We were also celebrating a birthday and had a glass of local Sekt on the terrace.Food was delicious, "Serrano Schnitzel", Vegetarian Risotto, Fresh Trout, Lammkeule, Rumpsteak from Chili, everything very fresh and nicely done by the young Spanish Chef. Not to forget the very friendly and organized staff .A place to recommend absolutely!We'll be back definitely!

We had dinner here a few day ago, it was fantastic, the staff are very friendly set in a lovely old mill, with lots of original features, we had a lovely meal of braised ox cheeks with mashed potatoes followed by the trio of deserts (which we shared and was plenty) it's reasonably priced and the recommendations for the wine from the staff were spot on. Wir waren zum Abendessen dort. Ich hatte ein Schnitzel und es war das beste Schnitzel, dass ich bis dato je gegessen habe. Auch das Dessert war unheimlich lecker! Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Zuvorkommende Bedienung und außerderordentlich freundlicher Empfang. Tolles Essen und Wein. Der Chef hat sogar unserm kranken Hund ein bisschen Diät Reis gekocht (natürlich ohne Berechnung). Hier arbeiten echte Menschen

Wäre zum Abendessen dort. Urige schöne Atmosphäre im historischen Gebäude der alten Mühle mit noch vorhandener Technik. Essen von topp Qualität zu sehr fairen Preisen.

Ich kann das Essen sowie die Location nur empfehlen.Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Komme wieder :)
