I’ve been dining at Food For Life Cuisine for years and always make a point to stop by whenever I’m nearby. The food is consistently delicious! Today, I had the grilled salmon entrée with cabbage stir fry, greens, and a piece of fried whiting. Everything was excellent! The whiting was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the greens and cabbage were spot on. It was my first time trying the greens—I usually get green beans—but I’ll definitely order the greens again because it’s rare to find them done this well. The grilled salmon was tasty, but if you want more flavor, I recommend getting it blackened; either way, it’s great. Plus, the comeback sauce is hands down my favorite!
Ordered the fried fish comeback sub. Don?t. It came grilled, first of all, the sauce wasn?t where it?s at. Just? don?t. I went there cause I used to love their fries, but they completely changed those.
Whenever I crave authentic soul food that isn't overly greasy or soggy, this is the place I go to. My favorites are the East of the Mississippi dish and the spicy fish nuggets.
The food was excellent, and I will definitely be dining here again. If you’re looking for delicious meals, this is the place to be. Five stars from me!

I love their Cajun fish strips and Mac cheese. Salmon croquette green beans are just as good. Price portions are just right.
Their salad truly lifted my spirits. It was fresh and flavorful, and the homemade dressings were an absolute delight!
