Unique place to discover. Once you pass the streets of the black forest you will find a magic spot at the end of a foggy road. Food is delicious, some plates may need revisit of the amount of butter. The star of the show, the fish, is fresh and tasty. Service was good and atmosphere was from a fairytale. Desert is also good and generous. The black forest cake is good, but I find it had too much cream and cherry was not that present as I was expecting. No need to book, as it's not possible. To be visited again.

The Forellenhof Buhlbach is very idyllic on the outskirts of Obertal. The entire plant is very high quality and beautifully designed. It's also high quality. From tasty food to a hospitable and relaxing service to the exceptional sanitary facilities in the cellar. The wine cellar also completes the high-quality image. The only drip is the early closing time. I recommend a return.

Best and most tender trout I've ever eaten. Unbelievable is the smoked with sea peach. The price is absolutely appropriate for quality. Very friendly service. Very good. Friendly and relaxed operation, there is nothing to complain about here. Good kitchen, even if there are other dishes, you should naturally like fish. I still have the dessert, in my case a piece of apple cake tasted even better...

Very delicious, super atmosphere with very beautiful ambience! Eating is just great, we almost tried everything in three days and if I had to decide, that would be the fresh warm smoked trout, just the hammer! But everything else was great!

Great food, location, and friendly service. Waiters spoke good English..reasonable prices. Trout soup, sausage, baked trout, black Forest cake and Apple cake.all good...perfect weather..terrace views are fantastic.
