We had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The location is perfect with plenty to do nearby. Despite not having a reservation, we only had to wait for 20 minutes. While waiting, we took a stroll in the beautiful neighborhood. There were also a pub, a Mediterranean cafe, and a Thai restaurant next door. Forno has both indoor and outdoor seating with a lovely atmosphere. I was impressed with the Bakestein pizza oven. The host was very accommodating and quickly called us when a table became available. From the moment we walked in, we found the table to be unpleasant, with too many people crowded together. It reminded me of P.F. Chang's and was quite loud. However, the highlight of the evening was the veal meatball, which was delicious. The service was decent, and we enjoyed the bread with goat cheese and honey. Unfortunately, the dishes we tried were not so great. The black had a weak flavor, and the fish was too thin and drowned in Sicilian sauce. The braised beef short rib was the most well-cooked dish of the night. The meatballs were the standout in the spaghetti dish. I went here with my husband and had a really nice time. As soon as we entered, I was met by the living social atmosphere in the restaurant, as well as the intoxicating smells from the oven (this is so fun to observe. we tried the braided journey (a first for my man and were both blown away. this trip is a must to try safely! the pizza was also excellent, full of this tasty oven char during the administration, cracker in some sharing delicate in others. we are coming back to the final!
this restaurant was often recommended and we tried it last weeks. it was incredible! we ate the bar I would recommend for two. we could observe all foods made, including pizzas placed in the oven. we got the Arugula salad, the bolognese and the truffle pizza, and everything was excellent and very large portions that could be easily divided. the atmosphere is beautiful, but not stuffy that we really enjoyed. we're coming back!

This restaurant is a lovely, laid-back spot with a cozy atmosphere. The pizza was delicious and served generously. The staff was attentive, making it a great place to have a satisfying meal.
Most places right now are hit and miss on service- understandably so but we have never had a bad experience here! Always fantastic service and impeccable food. Cannot say enough good things.
