I love founders, but this last experience was terrible. We went during Sunday brunch. At 1:30. Personally, I didn't want the brunch buffet offer or the prices. I waited until 2:00 to order from the regular menu (brunch ended at 2:00). The waitress was terrible. She rarely came by and acted like any request was an officer. Wait for a regular menu, a drink, a refill, dessert menu, just let us say something. I tipped her, but only because she might have had a bad day and I felt generous. But I'll never go there on a Sunday and think twice about going in other times or days.
Had brunch with my girlfriends… did not like the boot style seats, we were just so far away from the Buffet. The food was OK. We only had one serving because the food tasted bland with no flavor. I suggested the restaurant to my friends because I had eaten here before and the food was really good. Very disappointed not sure if it being a Sunday and they were really crowded. But I’ve never tasted the food tasting like this before. Our server’s name was Joe and he was very nice.
The service was great, only issue was the fried chicken was super dry this day. We have had this dish before and it’s normally really good, so not sure what the issue was this time but the server was great in getting us a different plate. Overall, good experience!
inconsistent. A word to describe the food. I command the same every time and sometimes it is excellent and other times terrible. Last time it just left a bad taste in my mouth and I had a hard time digesting the food

Sa at the bar, very loud. 4 different servers came to the table, it was confusing. The pig and lentil stew was great! We will be back, but avoid sitting at the bar if we want a little more attention.

Chicken dinner was so dry that the manager comp'ed our entire meal. (Appreciated). This was my third time at this location and the meal quality has slid further downhill. Won't be returning.
My food was cold and there was not a lot. Very uncharacteristic. Service was really slow; they are clearly understaffed.
