I decided to take a Lime Scooter ride downtown and stumbled upon this place, which was open—quite a rarity today! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who turned out to be a delightful surprise. I enjoyed one of the best hamburgers I've ever had! Afterward, I explored and discovered a charming back patio and a stage for live music. The bar crowd felt like a scene from "Cheers"; the only thing missing was Norm. Conan, you’ve done an excellent job. You’ve definitely gained some future customers in me and my partner. Jimmy behind the bar was incredibly welcoming, taking the time to explain some dishes and offering great suggestions. We’ll be back very soon!

This is the best bar in North Little Rock—and honestly, the rest of Little Rock as well. The two bartenders are fantastic; they serve drinks quickly, even when the place is crowded. They host excellent touring bands along with some talented local acts. Cover charges typically range from $5 to $7, with $10 being the highest I've seen. The food is delicious, the beer is cold, the atmosphere is friendly, and the music is exceptional. What more could you ask for? Even though we now live out of state, Four Quarter is one of the few places we really miss in Arkansas.

Music was amazing and can’t give the band enough kudos. They have great chemistry on stage. The pasta was swimming in pasta water and oil so it was more of a oil soup with noodles in it. The bread was really good. The bartenders were incredibly rude. Especially the blonde woman. We were ignored for the first 20 minutes we were there and then it was just too much for her to make drinks at a bar unfortunately we won’t be back. Hopefully the band plays somewhere else so we can support them more in the future!

Order at bar, music to loud (before band wings ver salty. And I like salt chimi to spicy. It is a great place nice cool air conditioning and $0.75 Miller ponies that I drink them up all the time. A back patio area where people smoke whatever they might want and all in all cool place. Sometimes bands play there on the weekend
