The food wasn’t good. It wasn’t terrible, but it was not good. I was disappointed with the meal appetizer. Service was mid. I was hoping to catch some football games while we were there. I asked the hostess to seat us by a TV with football on it. It was Sunday, so there were 5 games on. The hostess was completely confused as every broadcast was at a commercial break. This is a sports bar, but the hostess had no idea that Sundays are NFL days. Again, she was very confused and placed us in a corner where I could only see the TV if I was sitting in a dental chair. The food was great, and our server was too. Unfortunately, the bartender was extremely unequipped to be serving alone not because it was busy (it wasn’t), but because he had no idea what he was doing. We waited over a half an hour at our table for a mocktail and daiqurie. The server did his best but eventually we cancelled the daiquiri (because the bartender looked to have no idea how to make one) and asked for an old fashioned, as well as a manager. The manager, Hannah, was even worse. She came with excuses, no apology or accountability, and lacked customer service. My mom and I reserved the room at the Fox and Hound for my father’s celebration of life yesterday. Chris, the manager, was truly an Angel. He made the reservation process extremely smooth, walked us through step by step, and provided so much additional warmth and comfort on a day that was inherently stressful. On the day of, he and his staff provided excellent customer service. At the end of the event, he broke down payment very clearly (balancing our many Visa gift cards from friends for condolences! and told us he was praying for us. Thank you, Chris and staff, for such a wonderful afternoon with loved ones to honor my father!
The food took an hour to get to us and was really disappointing. The burger I had had no flavor. Among the six of us, no one really cared for their food. The Mac and cheese looked more like soup. The only good thing was the mozzerella sticks. There are way better restaurants in that area, especially if you want a burger. It also appears they have a huge mold issue. The ceiling tiles are black in places. It was a one and done for us. Réservez une table maintenant
Water tasted and smelled like chemicals must have been tap water. The service was mediocre we waited for about 5 minutes for the waiter to take our order but she was super nice. The food tasted rushed and made my stomach feel a bit bad sweet tea was over sweetened and the table was still dirty had crumbs all over. Not coming back.
Very slow service. Waited ten minutes to be treated, 30 minute wait for food and when it arrived it was cold. We were not checked on until we flagged the server down for the check. It was not busy and after lunch rush. Mold on the ceiling. Lipstick on the cups. Manager on duty barely assists servers. Would not recommend
