Food is delicious. Had the egg salad, tomato soup my husband had the Thunder Bay stacker. My food delivered right away, my husband 's stacker would be brought out in 3 minutes . After 10 minutes asked about it. Sadly it was neglected and burned in the toaster oven. New one was made quickly. We basically ate our lunch separately. We later ordered 2 black teas and a brownie. We received 2 cups of coffee and a brownie. By now it was funny so we just drank the coffee. What isn 't funny is the system of selecting a tip as you 're paying for your meal BEFORE it arrives. We gave a 15% tip, but would have left no tip for this crummy service. It would have been nice if they offered a free brownie for...
This restaurant deserves the attention of the Canada Food Agency. A friend of mine used to work there and reported that the food was often moldy, the vegetables were frozen and burnt, and bad meat was being reused, coming from the back where the freezers are kept. It's absolutely disgusting that an employee felt compelled to speak up about these unsanitary practices and was fired just two days after being hired. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed!
