I’m not really sure what this place was but it wasn’t a restaurant.. we looked it up online and it had great reviews. We had just gotten into town from 20 hrs of traveling and just wanted some pizza. We tried to order their family meal but the 2 employees there told us they’d only ever done it once so they’d try. We were going to leave but the owner came in and he took our order and seemed to have it under control. Then we sat there for 45 minutes waiting and waiting. My dad and him chatted for a bit and he was friendly enough. We kept hearing loud noises and banging around in the back while I food was supposed to be made. The owner gave us a sample of his bbq ribs when my dad asked for local bbq recommendations, we didn’t realize they had bbq. It was ok. We were supposed to choose 2 drinks for our family meal but their soda machine wasn’t running and they started pulling out containers of random juices like Simply brand that were half empty and tried to give us those. We finally gave up on that. We eventually got our food. The meal was supposed to be $50 and with the 10% tax he told us $55 then he changed his mind and said, actually $60 like he was adding in his own tip. They also were cash only or Cash App which was super sketchy. We got back to the rest of our group and it was the weirdest pizza I’d ever had. I don’t think it was even cooked in a pizza oven. It has some sauce circled around the crust that was cold. The cheese bread was just as bad and the salad was drenched in ranch that tasted like it had gone bad instead of being on the side since it was to go. We also got all of our food given to us in Dickey’s BBQ boxes which made me think that’s what they serve there… it was just so odd! I think there’s something else going on there and we just happened upon the wrong spot. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had!
