This is truly one of the best pizza places I’ve ever been to! The pizzas are incredibly unique and the portion sizes are massive! I tried the Stromboli stuffed crust, which was half BBQ chipotle and half chipotle steak, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were spot on, the dough was fluffy, and it was cooked to perfection. Plus, the Stromboli stuffed crust feels like a full second meal, so be ready for leftovers. We also had a fantastic experience with the customer service. My wife and I met the owner's son, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Seriously one of the best pizza places EVER!!! Your pizzas are so unique and the portion sizes are HUGE! Had the Stromboli filled crust, the half bbq Chipotle and half Chipotle Steak, WOW!!! The flavors were so on point and the dough was so fluffy and perfectly cooked. The crust filled with streamboli is also basically a second meal, i.e. ready for residues. And we can't forget the AMAZING customer service. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner son, and he was so nice and helpful. We are great foods and had a lot of questions and he answered all and was so patient; thank you! If you're in the area, you have to stop in Francos!
Franco's makes the best pizza in the WB area. I've been a fan of Franco's for years, going way back to when they were still Frank's, further down the street. Wonderful family business that has friendly hard working staff ready to help, answer questions, and accommodate any special food requests (for allergies other food sensitivities). I can't recommend Franco's enough try it you'll be a repeat customer too. Kid friendliness: My ten and seven year old nephews love Franco's. The staff are very kid friendly.
My friend Phyllis introduced me do the family that own Franco’s in Wilkesbarre. What amazing people!!! They immediately made me feel like I was apart of their family and I had the pleasure of joining them all for a meal together. Their food is excellent and it’s a such a clean and spacious environment. I’m honored to have met them all today. First time ordering from Franco's. I will be ordering again. (Pros) Great portion size for price. Flavor and taste are great. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Food order was correct. I cannot comment on staff because I ordered from GrubHub. (Cons) Take out/delivered in cardboard boxes instead of foam containers or plastic containers with sloppy presentation in cardboard boxes.
pizza is always greasy, soggy, and flavorlessburgers always dry or greasytried other menu items but it just seems to taste like hospital food overall i give it 0/10
All the food here is amazing! The pizza is especially delicious! Highly recommend Parking: Parking lot is to the right of establishment
