We ordered our food and drinks, but the diet coke was warm and flat. We told the waitress and she replaced our drinks. The music in the restaurant was too loud, making it hard to hear others at our table. The sweet potato fries I ordered were undercooked and needed more time in the oven. I would not recommend this restaurant to family and friends.
Sunday 15.3.2020, my partner and i really enjoyed two good meals here and on the experience i would go back, both had pasta dishes and garlic bread,wasnt to busy so the wait was short,keep it up Frankie Bennys,hope to see you soon. all staff were very vigilant.
The food was okay at best and a bit dry. Our drinks were not brought out until after our meals were served. A man in his 50s named Jay refused to get my partner a glass of water from the tap, which was surprising.

Amy, our serveuse, was very helpful and attentive. The vegan food was very tasty. Thank you. The toilets do need to be operational the ladies toilet and two out of the three gents urinals were out of action.
Came in on Monday for lunch and seemed like very understaffed. Still had a lovely time, food was good and Holly our waitress worked so hard and lovely. Thank you!
Disappointed to find this restaurant closed when we visited Brighton Marina for a week in August. It is in a splendid location.
