The service was terrible. Even though only 1 other person in they didn't come and take are starter plates away for ages, the staff were too busy talking. So by the time they did my 3 year was completely finished and ready to leave and he isn't a fast eater normally it's us waiting for him to finish. Main came it was OK but not great I definitely wouldn't have it again. We were asked if we wanted pudding we said yes but the server never brought over any menu's and could be seen playing on his phone instead so we paid for what we had and left. The woman's toilet had no hand soap (there was a female server so I wondering how she washed her hands after the toilet) and smelt of sick
My family and I recently visited Frankie and Benny's in Ayr to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday. We all had a fantastic time - the service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and our Irish waiter was delightful. We make it a tradition to visit this restaurant every year for our birthdays, and we have never been disappointed. My daughter had a wonderful birthday celebration topped off with a fantastic dinner at Frankie and Benny's.
had lunch with my friend and 11 months old sons. eating was nice and good value for money. service deserves a 10/10, as the staff could not do enough to ensure that our visit was pleasant and pleasant. the largest part of the customer service comes from a very friendly and helpful Irish gentleman, who could not have been nicer. great place to eat for a family-friendly and fun meal. will be back soon.
We always enjoy the friendly and laid-back atmosphere at this restaurant. The food is delicious and there is a great variety to choose from. We appreciate the background music and the staff is always helpful. Nicole provided excellent service, John was great with drinks and coffee, and we always feel welcomed. A group of us arrived for a late breakfast. Warm welcome and excellent, friendly service by Jade and especially James, a witty young Irish man. Breakfast was freshly served and didn't take long to arrive.It was very tasty. Lots of smiles and attentiveness made for a relaxing time, even if it was just for breakfast!
The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was good. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Although the fish and chips tasted delicious as usual, this time the portion of fish was very small - about half the usual size. Despite this, the overall dining experience was still top-notch.
Well... food isnt special at all could say it's not the best actually. Ordered garlic bread with my main. Ended up eating my main with no garlic bread and had to ask for it too. Garlic bread wasn't even cooked properly, could hardly taste the garlic on it. They only had 3 tables counting ours. So weren't busy.
Food was reasonably priced and excellent quality. The dairy free ice cream in the kids sundays was pretty disgusting though, and there wasn't an option to have normal ice cream. Service was quite slow considering it was quite empty but the staff there were all working quickly. Would still go back. Réservez une table maintenant
