my first visit to francie and benny. on the other night we were here to dinner, but we are sitting right away. the place was clean and the music choice was nice; inoffensiw and with perfect volume. the waitress was friendly, served us quickly and gave us options for the starter and the main coming together, which was eating within 10 minutes! the bbq burger was super tasty, pommes could have been a little craspier, but were nice enough. it was a cheap food and filled enough I back.
Even though we had made a reservation through Open Table, the restaurant staff had no record of our booking upon arrival. It took some time, but they were eventually able to find a table for us. Unfortunately, this inconvenience put a damper on our celebration, especially since some of our guests had traveled over 100 miles to be there. To make matters worse, we were not even offered a voucher to entice us to dine there again in the future.

Lovely staff on the night that I visited, very clean and because we came for an early dinner we had pick of all the tables so managed to get a very cosy booth for our meal! Brilliant selection of food available and all of it was high quality and very tasty. Not the best for a date night but family meals definitely! Always good deals on!
A good selection of meals to choose from the menu. The food is freshly cooked so don't expect your meal without allowing preparation time. Service was friendly efficient. Good seating. All round a very good eatery decked out with Italian memorabilia.
