The menu sounded really promising however overall wasn’t very flavourful. I tried the broccoli soup and pea and chive dumplings. The soup just tasted like puréed broccoli and there weren’t any flavours added to the dumplings, just tasted like they threw peas in them and heated them up. My date got the kimchi fried chicken and it barely had any spice and was also burnt in parts although the non-burnt parts were fried well. The cocktail I got was disappointing too, was supposed to be a hot cider but tasted like mouthwash. Overall I would say the food was edible but too bland.

We went for an early dinner and brought my 18 month old daughter. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. The food is fantastic and ambiance is great. It was a little loud but not a big deal. Thank you Frankie’s staff for being so kind! We always bring our out of town guests for brunch but this was our first dinner. We look forward to coming back!
eating is excellent, but the service could be improved by one or two extra waiting staff. should not have to wait 15 min for a cup coffee or see the table that came well after they arrived get their food first.
