I was thrilled when the server said the menu was 100% plant-based, but on my next visit she amended that to say that eggs are still available on the weekend brunch menu. If your dining experience at Frankie We Salute You is anything like mine (and I hope it is), you’re in for a treat. The restaurant is stylish with COACHELLA-inspired tunes playing in the background and hip, informed staff. I started with the Charred Broccoli Caesar. It was simply delicious the sort of dish that finds you longing for more when you arrive at the last forkful. It made for a great appetizer (note you can order as a main too it seems).
