20 min before closing, in to get olives but they were not in stock (Must try the garlic/parsley/lemon Vertrano Olives!)I moved on to order cheese, the employee was helpful at first with some simple questions I had asked, but quickly seemed impatient and short answered after a few questions and watching me take my time. Examples were me asking if there was any natural cheeses in the back fridge, her answer was immediate and short-tempered "no." instead of 'no sorry, unfortunately going to be about a week or so yet." etc...The employee has dark black hair with some tattoos on her right arm. I can't believe it took us this long to find this place. We were looking for a specialty Italian cheese (Burrata), which they get every two weeks. Stopped by for lunch and were glad we did. Very clean, well laid out store, with lots of glass front cabinets. They have a wealth of Italian Specialty products (coffee, cheeses, meats, pasta, deserts etc) and a range of prepared sandwiches, salads and pizza. We had two sandwiches, an espresso, a latte, and a Caprese salad. Can't remember the total, but it was inexpensive for the quality of the food. The food was fresh and well prepared, the coffees were excellent. We will be back, and not just for the Burrata.

I met my friend for lunch. Great selection of bistro food, absolutely fantastic coffee and good selection of sweets and desserts. Then you can shop for your dinner. If I were to criticize anything, it would be the way they process your bill. I ordered a few items and for each item I got price sticker. It would be nice if they keep it together and hand it to me all together at the end. I will certainly go back and recommend this place to others.

Used to be my backup location after illichmans and med market but I have been avoiding since they had some issues with changing stale dates and best before numbers. I have given them another chance as I find many of their items very good, but it will take time to build up some trust again for them. I also find some of the staff a bit abrasive/curt at times. Three stars for now.

Fresh homemade food in hot and cold cabinet changes daily! The amazing cooks prepare what ever is fresh in the produce area. We always stop for lunch when there and are never disappointed. Many gluten free and vegetarian options. Great cappuccinos.Great deli with delicious olive selections and cheeses. Traditional Italian savouries and sweets. A happy place to shop.

An Italian deli/grocery store where they have prepared hot & cold food daily to eat in or take out, or go to the deli counter to have a sandwich made with fresh meats & cheeses. Special coffees made to order, Italian deserts, olive oils, pastas, coffees etc. Super nice staff & Justin makes a mean cappuccino! The deli food is priced by weight so it can add up fast.
