Great family business, they was near the mall of Oakbrook for so many years with the name of Yorktown deli, I know this family for so many years, I use to deliver them Vienna Beef products while they was Yorktown deli and now they have moved to a beautiful and better place, with the name of Frankie's Deli, they have a great staff working alongside with them to serve the customers with respect and good attitude, I invite everyone that wants a great Italian sandwich to visitthem, you will be amazed that you did.

I found this place near Yorktown Mall when they were featured among the best for their meatballs. After they relocated to Oak Brook, we rediscovered them. I've enjoyed a variety of sandwiches that are always fresh and affordable. The deli offers an excellent selection of meats, including what might be the best capicolla I've ever had. Their fresh Italian sausages and salads are also great, and we recently tried their lasagna, which was delicious. Overall, they provide high-quality products all around.

This restaurant is a popular and delightful place to dine. There is ample seating both indoors and outdoors. While there are plenty of parachutists passing by, the atmosphere remains lively yet accommodating. The prices are quite reasonable. I must say, the tortellini pasta salad was outstanding—definitely a great find. It's rare for me to give a five-star rating, but this place truly deserves it!

Some of the best food in the suburbs! Great prices. We go here to get sandwiches a lot (so filling) frozen section is also amazing. We even catered our wedding food (Italian beef and chicken parm) it was a huge hit! Highly recommend checking out Frankies if you are in the area and if you aren’t, it’s worth the drive. Our waitress was beyond incredible. She tailored our order perfectly to our preferences and saved us from over-ordering things that wouldn't have been as satisfying as the unique, personalized menu she masterfully curated. My partner and I LOVED everything!!

The sandwiches were absolutely delicious! They really satisfied my cravings. I can't wait to return! I would share a photo, but my boyfriend and I devoured our sandwiches before I had a chance to snap one! The staff was very friendly as well.
