I love Franki?s. I go there at least once a week and it never disappoints. The sandwiches are top quality, the staff is extraordinarily friendly, and the ingredients are very fresh. The tacos are the best I?ve had in Westchester. Pricing is fair, a sandwich with fresh avocado and hot bacon and a drink will be $8-9. It?s a small place with enough seating for 8 people max but I usually can get a seat as most people take there order to go. The exception is school days at lunchtime when half the local high school piles on for lunch.
A neighborhood institution! If you are a repeat customer, Frankie knows you by name and often knows your order before you even asked for it. If you are new in town, Franki and his staff will treat you like a family all the same! If you are looking for a quick breakfast or lunch stop, this place will never disappoint! A quick word of warning: Franki can get a bit crowded on weekdays (when school is in session) between 11:30 and 1 pm that's when high school kids have their lunch and, naturally, Franki's is where everyone goes
I had lunch here today with five other ladies, and it was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally kind and respectful, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of soups, sandwiches, and salads, all of which were fresh and flavorful. They even offer outdoor seating, which is a nice touch. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I can’t wait to return!
We often visit Franki's for lunch and sometimes enjoy a weekend breakfast burrito there. The food and service have consistently been excellent. This year, I asked Franki to cater my son's birthday party, and he was extremely helpful in figuring out what we needed. The quality and value of the food are exceptional. Franki is a genuinely kind person, and his staff is equally friendly.

We go to Franki's regularly for lunch and occasionally for a weekend breakfast burrito. All the food and service has always been solid. I asked Franki to cater my son's birthday party this year and he was very helpful planning out what we needed. Great quality and value. Franki is such a kind person and the staff are too.
During our visit to Croton Park, we stumbled upon Frankie's, and it turned out to be a fantastic spot for sandwiches. We ordered eight different sandwiches, and Frankie nailed it! I highly recommend this place; it will make you feel like you're still in NYC.
