He was simply outstanding and truly made our night special. Jesse had a delightful personality—attentive, knowledgeable, and funny, he exceeded our expectations. The food here is fantastic, especially the Cuban nachos and truffle fries, which are my personal favorites. The drinks can be a bit expensive unless you take advantage of Happy Hour, but they all taste like they're top-shelf quality. The crowd is a nice blend of college students and people in their 30s, and the vibe feels more classic compared to many spots on Howard Avenue. I've been here several times and have never seen any confrontations; they seem to keep things under control, even as early as 9 a.m.
I've lived in Tampa my entire life and have witnessed many bars and restaurants come and go. Franklin Manor stands out for its elegance and quality. The food, drinks, and staff are all exceptional, which I believe speaks volumes about the ownership and management. The atmosphere and vibe are fantastic! If you haven't visited yet, you're really missing out. I celebrated my 35th birthday there, and my friends and family absolutely loved it!
Good outdoor bar which also serves food. They have several live bands and dj's playing. The staff is pretty friendly and provided good service. The patio is also dog friendly which is nice. The restaurant is more of a party environment but is still family friendly if you so choose. The music can be pretty loud though so bear that in mind for small children. Overall a fun place for a few drinks and food.

This is definitely my favorite place in Tampa! The drinks are fantastic, and the food is even better. As a big dog lover, I really appreciate that I can bring my dog along and relax on the outdoor patio. They even provide unlimited dog biscuits for the pups! If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend checking it out!
A special shoutout to Allan, Melissa, Blair, Mikey, Miguel, Chris, Alissa, Dakota, and honestly, everyone here has been wonderful and incredibly hospitable!

The frost drinks were great and also the Cuban nachos! Live music and great surroundings, it was a really good experience, the waitress recommend the nachos, thanks to the service!
Excellent outdoor club/bar/hang out place. Decent drinks and people are generally very friendly. Seems to be popular with the LGBT crowds as well, so it can get pretty lit.

Good place downtown. Good service and great cocktails. There are couple of other bars in walking distance. Parking can be difficult to find.
