Franks Italian Restaurant

The pizza was not hot and supposedly it just came out of the oven per waitress. We asked that it be put back in the oven to get it hot....I was not impressed with this restaurant I have eaten at other Frank's around the area with no complaints with the food. Not sure why this one off of Williamson Rd is not as good as some of the others.

I will never eat there again. The food on the buffet was not good. Not enough variety. The salad bar, if you want to call it that, was so small. Not enough variety. The waitress only came to me one time. Sorry service. It has been a few weeks ago, when I was there. You all need to shut down. Cicis pizza is way better than you all.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 slices of cold pizza. They sprinkled a little bit of cheese on top of the pizza which was barely melted the pepperoni wouldn't even stay on the pizza. The two salads looked like they been sitting out all day. Wish I could post a picture of the salads. I would not recommend franks pizza on Williamson rd!

After a long drive, Frank’s hooked us up with phenomenal meatball and chicken parm subs. The ladies were so helpful and super friendly. An absolutely perfect experience in every aspect. Delicious food, clean establishment and friendly staff — why go anywhere else???? Réservez une table maintenant

I have always gotten a good amount of food for the price Frank's in the past. Just ordered takeout and when I got home realized that they are looking at a $11 salad a different way. I am not pleased and will probably not return.

I love this place, an how the staff makes me feel whenever I come to buy food. They truly care.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a very friendly an family oriented establishment.

Be careful what time you go. They close at 9, we got there at 8:20. We were seated and waited 5 minutes before our waiter suddenly told us the kitchen was closed.

Do not go after 8. They will say they're open, not take your order, then say the kitchen is closed. Réservez une table maintenant

Stopped there for lunch after Zoo with my 5 grandkids, all enjoyed the Buffet.
