Exceptional Service and Delicious Food at Fratelli Village Pizzaria!I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fratelli Village Pizzaria, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfaction. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! A friend and i wanted to go here for dinner so we waited in line like the rest of the people there. Clearly the demographic is older white people who got exceptional service and was seated within 10 minutes. When it came to use just a grunt and a “let me see how long the wait is” comes back and says “you’ll be waiting 20-30 mins” so my friend quietly says “lets go somewhere else” and the waiter says “good idea there is a place down the street”. Mark our words this is not the last you are going to be hearing from us. YOU WILL BE KNOWN AS A RACIST RESTAURANT THAT ONLY SERVES THEIR OWN. I HAVE NEVER HAD SERVICE LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE.
Very good pizza when ordered for take out. Takes less than 10 mins to make per pie. However it is *excellent* pizza when eaten right away/dine in. The dough has the perfect chew to it. You can't go wrong with a classic margherita pizza.Seafood pasta (linguine de mare) has a rich seafood taste you expect. Red sauce a good balance between freshness and richness. Pasta cooked to a perfect al dente. Mussels cleaned well with no grit.Service was excellent attentive and friendly.
Think this is a hidden gem. Food is consistently good. Portion size are great. Owners are welcoming.Seating can be an issue at times, and hours of operations doesn lend well to familys with young children, but overall not too bad.As for food, pizza and pasta dishes are their best dishes. Risotto can be variable with regards to rice consistency and salt.Steaks are usually cooked correctly, but there have been times they have been slighly over cooked.
The pizza is the star of the show. The wood burning oven makes all the difference. The food is very good, but in large portions. The servers are very kind. We were given the wrong dessert, but it was still extremely good. I recommend Fratelli Village Pizzeria to anyone who wants tasty Italian food, especially Pizza.Parking: A good bit of parking, but it's time limited.
