I have never ever received the correct order at the store the first time through the drive-through. Pretty much every time I go there is a long wait even if I’m the only one and they get my order wrong. Today I asked for a caramel sundae and an Oreo cookie with chocolate. Got a chocolate sundae. Then they couldn’t find the Oreo ice cream cookies. Then she handed me a vanilla ice cream cookie and I handed it back explaining I had asked for chocolate. When I finally got my ice cream and cookies they handed me the melted cookie in the picture below because apparently they were no prepared cookies and she made it on the spot. There were some pretty nasty reviews on this place from recent time but regardless we decided to give it a shot! The food was hot and perfectly cooked, the service was extremely fast and pleasant. The cashiers and management were incredibly helpful and the custard was fantastic. I would say, extremely affordable, better than Steak ?n Shake and the food was served in the time it took for us to sit down 5 minutes tops and our food was hot and ready. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.
I visited this location on Saturday, the 9th of April at around 6pm. There was no line to place my order. They were not busy. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order. The two boys were polite and seem to be staying busy while 3 to 4 females argued. It was loud enough for everyone in the Restaurant to hear them. It seemed like a store being run with poor or no management. The food was decent. $10 seems a little high for the cheapest combo meal but whatever.
We decided to try this place on a Sunday around 3pm. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating; inside and outside. Hubby and I had the California style burgers w/regular fries and chili cheese fries. Burgers were ok, we’ll try without the sauce next time. Chili was gross and watery. The shoe string fries were the best part. Added a star for the friendly service and clean restaurant. 5 stars for customer service! I went through the drive thru a little after 10pm and I was pleasantly surprised about the customer service. The guy was friendly and upbeat? it was my first time here, the cashier recommended #2 and I purchased a Key Lime Shake. The food needed a little more seasoning but overall good. I?ll definitely be back.
If you go be prepared to sit in drive thru up to an hour. They don't even come to the window bro tell u what is taking so long. All you see are staff walking back and forth like they are all confused.... Then they don't even display good customer service by apologizing! Never Again will I dune here !
Delicious food but terrible service. They get the wrong order. The cashier is not ready to get order, when i asked if i could order my meal, they replied rudely. They have very delicious steakburgers and fries. They have good variety of spices and sauces but the service makes unhappy.
