My wife and I thought on June 26 at Shiloh, Illinois, a frozen jug. Usually everything is great at this point! But where do I start this visit? At first it seemed no supervision over adults of employees!! There was a lot of poeple behind the counter, but apparently none of them had the task to maintain with the dining area!!! Secondly, in the dining area, none of the tables seem recently wiped. The floor under our table was a bit spilled earlier. Third, the garbage collection was overrun, and it was obviously not emptied in a while!!! There were numerous cups, food packaging, etc., on the top, and I could see the mating area from the garbage can so that the garbage was visible from the count...
This Freddy's location is the best I have ever visited. Every time I come here the burgers are always hot and fresh and not overcooked as they are at some of the other locations. The special orders on the burgers are seemingly always done right. The cheese curds are hot, tasty and not overcooked. The onion rings are some of the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I wish the Freddy's that is much closer to my home were so good, so consistently. Even though the two drive thru lines are often long, the workers here seem to keep them moving and the food is ready much faster than at some other locations.
Was always our favorite burger place but won't go back. A lot of people behind the counter but no one would even glance at us to take our order. After about 5 minutes, or more, I went to the side and ask someone if I was standing in the right place. I thought maybe registers were down. She said yes but didn't take our order nor did anyone else at that time. After 7 more minutes I was ready to just leave and someone came up and took our order. The burgers were so thin and burnt on the edges that they just came off in crispy pieces. Fries were still great and that is why the 2 stars.
The steak burger and fries were the best I've ever had, and the Chicago dog my wife had was equally impressive! This was the first time we have been to Freddy's, and it was really good! The manager Eddie really took care of us, and offered us samples of their amazing frozen custard! It was so good!! It was also encouraging to see a manager that loved his job and loved taking care of his customers! We had a memorable experience, and it was a very clean restaurant! Food was a good tasting. slightly greasy frits and onion rings, the meat on the burger is very thin, but cooked for perfection. Buns were fresh and delicious. The frozen custard is very good. We ate in my greatest concern was that the tables were wiped with a dirty bowl and badly striped. Update, we have visited Freddy's in Ofallon a few weeks later and found the tables to be nice and clean. We enjoyed our lunch and shakes.
Your seasonal Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger is amazing! Having lived in New Mexico for years, I can confidently say it’s the real thing. Hatch is a small town known for its chile production, and this burger captures the robust flavor of freshly roasted chiles with just the right amount of heat. Thank you for giving me a new favorite!
Freddy's ice cream is the best! I always order the turtle sundae, and I'm never let down. The ice cream is so smooth and creamy; it's like a little piece of heaven in my mouth. The service is consistently fast and friendly, with a warm smile every time. Réservez une table maintenant
