Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes just for them to get my meal wrong. I asked for a California style Freddie 's triple with no onion or tomato and add pickles, I repeated myself several times in the drive through and when I got to the window the lady said something about a bacon cheeseburger. I said, I didn 't get a bacon cheeseburger and she said it didn 't have bacon, it was just like that because I customized my order. Well I get home and open up the food to see a burger with bacon, tomato, and onion with no lettuce or thousand island dressing like it 's supposed to have. Very disappointing as I repeated my order clearly several times and even spoke up when the window lady said...
Never heard of this place but glad we found it! It’s supposed to be a fast food place but inside looks like a diner and the food was great! Quality meat! I like you can add and customize your toppings and most are free. The extra jalapeños on my jalapeño burger was fantastic. It’s also nice they have condiments they you can just take. Big booths for families to sit comfortably in. Bathrooms were clean. You can order your custard and just put it on hold till you are ready. Custard was good and staff was so friendly. No complaints.
In terms of price, I found the burgers a bit on the small side compared to other fast-food options, which is something to consider. I also tried the infamous fry sauce, but I was a bit underwhelmed by it. I plan to return to sample more of the menu before making a final judgment. The staff were helpful, and the service was reasonably quick. Overall, Freddy's is a nice addition to the burger scene, but I can't say it's something I crave.
Freddie's never disappoints. We stopped on this visit to try the new French Onion Burger. We love the crispy edges of Freddie's Steakburgers and this new seasonal burger was a solid hit with both of us. The onion rings are crispy, hot and always actually taste like onions. I ordered a brownie fudge sundae, but the employee mistakenly charged me for a concrete instead. When I received the concrete, I considered returning it but decided to just deal with it. However, as I tried to eat it, I found it to be overly milky and nothing like a concrete should be. I ended up throwing it away in the parking lot. It was a waste of money.
