Horrible. The girl was nice taking my order. I then go to fill my drink, drink didn’t taste right so I told manger they just said “okay” and went about their day. Didn’t get to drink my drink cos I waited for him to fix the problem and didn’t. I then seen a girl sitting on the floor behind the register with her back up against the wall as manger just walked passed her. Then I went to get ketchup for my son. The ketchup was leaking and there were gnats everywhere so I didn’t get him ketchup. Got my food manager had no customer service whatsoever and when I got my burger mustard was just oozing out of it. I like mustard but that was ridiculous. Not coming back here at all.
I decided to check out this restaurant for a quick meal after officiating some games nearby, as I had never been there before. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a frozen custard for dessert. Unfortunately, the burger was over-salted, tasting like it had a tablespoon of salt. The fries were overcooked and so crunchy that they resembled potato chips. The frozen custard was the only redeeming item I would consider ordering again, but overall, I don’t think I will be returning.
Ordered at Patty melt today, not two patty’s on rye bread! No Swiss cheese!!! ReallyOrdered another double cheeseburger w/ lettuce, tomato. Pickle. What did I get? Lettuce, pickle, onion! ReallyYour cooks need to learn the menu and how to cook it and follow directions! If order a patty melt, I want a patty melt! If I order lettuce, tomato, pickle on my burger, that’s what I want!
I do love Freddy’s and will be returning, however today when I went through the drive thru and ordered a mini oreo concrete, as I was eating it I ate something that tasted like and had the texture of a peanut. This happen with 3 different bites I took before I stopped eating it, so somehow something besides oreo ended up in there. I’m just glad I do not have a nut allergy.

Came here to get me and hubby dinner. The food was good but there was something black in my cup. I know that seems petty but I didn’t notice it until I had already drank my soda. Idk if it was a chemical or what. I tried to rub it off it wouldn’t really rub off. Hope it wasn’t anything dangerous. Other than that the food was good. Fries a little burnt but wasn’t nasty lol
I ordered food through Uber Eats two days ago, and I was really disappointed. The food I received was cold, stale, and seemed old. I also ordered an Oreo ice cream, but it never arrived. In total, I was charged $25 for food that was not up to standard, and I didn't even get my ice cream. I strongly advise against using Uber Eats; my experience felt like a scam.
The reason I gave it a one-star rating.It's for the same reason I gave it a one-star before.The dining room of the establishment needs a very good deep cleaning.
It's a standard Freddy's burger and ice cream experience. The burgers are thin and on the smaller side, and the prices are a bit steep.
