The food was exceptional, earning a solid five stars. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the atmosphere was delightful, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing lunch. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!
We had breakfast on Saturday, we have been before and really enjoyed it however this time the food wasn’t as great as it normally is, I think they had booked too many people in, the pancakes were burnt, we ordered 2 English done omelettes however one turned up french and the other English so it had to be sent back and the mushrooms tasted really odd so they also had to be left, such a shame as it’s normally lovely, I think they just had too many tables in.
Very very busy and you are packed in close to other shoppers. Service was good but the Duck Confit Burger was hugely disappointing it’s actually ciabatta cut in half with some kind of processed duck shreds in it, no flavour at all. Excellent for the pre theatre menu. Very good for cakes and patisserie with morning coffee. Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level as far as I recall.
