I am a delivery application driver. The staff on duty is too slow preparing the orders to go. I have already had to reject 2 orders due to the excessive delay in delivering the orders. We have to change that staff, starting with the chubby guy who attends to the drop off of those orders.
Portions are big, but rice was overcooked, beans were chalky, and I bit into a bay leave that was not removed. It wasn't busy, but the person that prepared my order definitely did not want to be there.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and each experience has been fantastic. They really know how to do things properly. The staff is very friendly as well.

The monster bowl gives....and gives. I was able to make this dinner then the following day lunch.
