I really love this restaurant! I come here at least once a week, sometimes even twice. The food is always incredibly fresh and full of flavor—you just can’t get enough! The avocado is particularly tasty. The customer service is excellent; the staff is hardworking, preparing your meal quickly and with great care. My favorite order is the four bowl with rice, almond chicken, and avocado. Their steak and citrus chicken are also really delicious. I always have a fantastic experience here and thoroughly enjoy the wonderful food. You all are amazing!
I've been to multiple Fresh Kitchen locations in South Florida, and I’ve always been pleased with my experience. If you're looking for a quick meal that’s healthier and more nutritious than standard fast food, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Although I haven’t sampled everything on the menu, everything I have tried has been fantastic. I just wish the website would eventually include nutritional information so I can gauge just how healthy it actually is, as it almost feels too good to be true!
I?m still speechless. This meal was incredible!! A flavor explosion! The chilled sweet potato noodles were my personal favorite. I also have to say their meats were cooked perfectly. Very flavorful and not dry! I love being able to walk away from a mealfeeling fueled. Nice big portions! Enjoyed the lemonades as well?they had decaf and unsweetened! Don?t walk to thisrestaurant?RUN!
Fantastic fast and fresh food! They offer excellent options for creating your own bowl. The assembly line is incredibly efficient, allowing you to get in and out quickly, even if you didn't place an order ahead of time. It's a great value, and my dog loves the citrus chicken as well! One improvement I would suggest is providing calorie information for the menu items.

I've been a fan of Fresh Kitchen for years. My favorite bowl is now the coconut ginger rice base topped with sesame green beans and veggie sofritos. I always have to get the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, too. I’m not sure how they make them, but they are truly exceptional. If you're vegan or gluten-free, this is definitely a great place to check out.
I haven't been to this restaurant in a while since I recently moved. The food was just as tasty as I remembered, but it was pretty crowded, which suggests that others have also realized how fantastic it is! I was particularly impressed by the friendly and prompt service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
