Over all my experience was absolutely amazing from the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by the staff members with a smile from the staff and was served with exceptional care. My server, Freddie, truly went above and beyond to make the entire visit unforgettable. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm and friendly throughout the meal. Ordered for takeaway but when we got home one of our burritos was missing. When we called the restaurant they couldn't apologise enough and cooked a new burrito for us while we drove back. They apologised when we arrived and gave us 3 very large brownies to apologise for the mix up. All our food was amazing, quesadilla's, burger and burrito and so we're the free brownies, although they were far too big so theres plenty to be shared. Totally understand that accidents happen and thank you for going out of your way to correct things. We will defintly be back.
The service at Freshmex is good, but the food was just okay, not amazing, but not bad either. It was pretty average, and honestly, I’ve had better elsewhere. While I managed to finish everything, my friend left her plate untouched, which you can see in the picture. She mentioned that her food just didn’t taste fresh. The naked burrito I had was alright for me, but it could have been even better. The restaurant is a bit cramped inside, but it’s a small place, so I can’t really complain.
The food quality is fantastic, however when ordering via Deliveroo, their takeaway rice bowl is delivered in a very small foil dish. This is supposed to be a full meal but it's simply not enough for a grown adult. If there had been a little more rice or beans (both cheap ingredients) it would have been perfect but I had to boil my own rice to pad it out. I never understood places that skimp on things like rice. Hopefully they take this feedback on board.

Had my first visit to freshmex and really enjoyed it. Huge burrito, even a regular sized was big. Got a side of fries and a bottle of lime jarritos too. Whole thing came to £18 which I felt was a bit pricey but the fries (spiced) were amazing and the burrito was a hefty thing. The seating area is a bit cramped and a little too dark if I'm honest. All black and dimly lit but that's not a deal breaker at all.
Disappointing. Tried for the first time after hearing many good things. Very little chicken on flavour in the grilled chicken burrito. Nachos side was just supermarket nachos slightly stale and put in a paper bag. Staff were nice but I won’t be back. Not value for money.
I tried Fresh mex today, food was average, nothing special however i can say the service was amazing. i was served by sarah i believe her name was and she went above and beyond to make sure my meal was to a high standard. won’t be going again as is overpriced.
Tasty mexican spot in Aberdeen! This place is always good and my go to is the pulled pork burrito. I have been going to Fresh mex since it appeared over at adams lounge and st machar bar. Pleased to see that its reached over to Edinburgh and Glasgow too!

we sat on a Friday night and had two portions loaded pommes. they were excellent and really fresh and delicious. I think it's better if you get it in the last. would highly recommend.
All staff members were fantastic very welcoming and helpful people and overall fantastic and enjoyable experience
