Could not believe you can find authentic molcajete in Gillette! Truly a hidden gem! We recommend the Frida’s molcajete,though we wish there were more tortillas given with the dish. This dish has a steak, chicken, vegetables, and cheeses stewed in a spicy sauce and eaten with tortillas! Definitely doing Friday proud.
Very good casual Mexican restaurant. Some interesting things on the menu that I hadn't seen at other places. (Papusas) It isn't a high end place, but it was very good for a casual Mexican restaurant. Young staff were very friendly.
A surprisingly good little spot tucked away in the shopping center. Very quick and attentive service. The food was excellent, a great level of spice and flavor. I recommend the carne asada tacos!

If you're looking for truly authentic Mexican food, this is the spot! They also know how to craft excellent drinks, and the best part is that they make their corn tortillas from scratch!
I ordered a beef burrito. What I got was Rice, Bean ground beef. Remember the old add where's the beef. I had maybe a teaspoon of beef. Won't be going back for a long time.
The food is pretty good here overall. I enjoyed the tacos, while I thought the beans needed a little work. Friendly service though, which goes a long way.
