Drop them off one by one and finish by saying “can I get you something else?”. I said, yes, I would like to speak to the manager. Her response was “I am the manager”. Okay. my wife and I went there yesterday the service was great, we were seated at a table and before we sat down we were greeted by a bunch of flying bugs. we moved to another table and as soon as the food came out the bugs were all over the place. in the middle of eating my wife had a bug crawling on her leg. the place is dirty, including the carpet that i recognized as the same that was put down from the previous occupants Dennys.. i will be contacting corporate headquarters about this place, do not waste your time or money
If I could give this place 10 stars, I'd be all about our waitress. Allison was so happy to serve us and help to make sure that we did everything I need, she made great recommendations and was so sweet! I live in Staten Island and would travel to NJ, just for her! The food was great too! The Tater Kegs were absolutely delicious and the Speck Mac and Cheese Burger was also delicious!
My husband wanted a SUNDAE....got to the OLD BRIDGE location around 6pm and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The waitress was very friendly, apologized for the wait. I am a rewards member so I showed her the available reward on the app, wrote my rewards down and took our order. I got my sundae to go and haven't eaten it yet, but my husband really enjoyed his!

The waitress, Valentina, was incredible! It's been years since we’ve gone out with friends, and I have to say that I felt like I was cared for in the same way my parents were at my age. What more can I say about the wonderful woman who made us smile and laugh?
the most depressing and unpleasant eating situation I had. the inner smells like old fat and decaying karkus. only the consumption of ice (and also regret) ended after he realized how dirty this place was. they urgently need a visit to the health department.
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! Our server, Fatima, went above and beyond. She was joyful, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. I would recommend her time and time again; she truly made our visit a positive and memorable one.
Visiting this place brings back a lot of childhood memories, and it's definitely worth a visit to relive them. However, if you're not looking for nostalgia, the trip might not be as rewarding. On the bright side, our waiter was incredibly friendly!

I have eaten at this place for about fifteen years and have never disappointed with eating or service. the bbq chicken supermelt is divine, it is both nostalgic and really delicious. food: 5/5
Our visit was great! Our server Herndon was awesome! Great service!! Burgers and fries were tasty, kudos to the cooks.Ice cream was great as always.
