So this was MY experience the first time here. Mind you, my husband and I both are from Miami. We ate Fritanga food often. We walked in. They were at a table working and the older lady turned her head and asked what we wanted. My husband replied rice/beans, fried cheese, plantains, and grilled steak. A typical meal that Fritangas sold. We didn't ask a price. We never were offered a menu to see a price. We were just so excited. We ordered one plate to try and if it was good we would be ordering three more plates. They brought us the food. We went to go pay before eating as this is the respectful thing to do. I open the plate while my husband pays. They tried to charge us $18 for one plate!! It...

The service at this restaurant was awful. I did not ask for takeout, but the waitress brought our food with a bad attitude, as if she wanted to kick us out. When I asked for juice, she gave me a beer by mistake, and the cheese was clearly fried in dirty oil. As a Nicaraguan native, I have never experienced such poor service before. This experience was terrible, and to make matters worse, it was also expensive.

The service was decent. Being new to the menu, we decided to order the mixed plate with chicken, plantains, pork, and beef. The food was alright, with a strong marinade of lemon juice and slightly overcooked due to frying. The plate had more rice than anything, but overall it was acceptable. Parking was limited and we had to wait, but I am always willing to try new places and different dishes.

The parking is atrocious ! The food could barley be called meh, fried cheese was dryer then the Sahara Desert , beans and rice had no flavor whatsoever, The meat was tough and had no flavor except the burnt areas! and they charged 17.99$ for the plate completely over priced for what your getting you can get a better meal at taco bell for cheaper!!! The Nicaraguan cuisine at this restaurant is excellent. The singer also put on a great performance. The service was top-notch. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food was rated a 5, service a 5, and atmosphere a 4. We highly recommend trying the Parrillada Nicaragüense.

The food was amazing. I can’t get enough of the cacao drink, literally my favorite. The owners are very welcoming and obviously care about the experience of the customers. 10/10 would definitely recommend trying this place out

I had to try this place out because its not easy to find Nicaraguan restaurants. The food here is excellent and very authentic Nicaraguan dishes. Ive been here a few times and will come back for more.

The parillada was amazing! It had everything. We loved everything in it. Pork, steak, taquitos, yuca, and two types of plantains. I also loved the rice and black beans at the center. Réservez une table maintenant

Who would want to pay $50.00 for a single greasy dish? This place is awful and feels like a disaster zone. It was a terrible experience for me and I do not recommend it.
