I called Fritz's (Langhorne, PA) less than one week before my daughter's high school graduation, wishing to order a cake and cookies for her post ceremony celebration. However, at the time, I was still uncertain about what I wanted to order in terms offlavors, cake size/icing colors, etc. Both of the young ladies that I spoke to on the phone were so polite and helpful! When Iwent to pick up the cake and the colors were not exactly as I had envisioned, the employees jumped right in and, within 5minutes, they made it look perfect! The cake itself chocolate with chocolate fudge icing (my daughter's favorite) was freshand delicious, as were the cookies! Outstanding customer service and delectable desserts I will definitely be back.
We visited FOUR times on a five night stay it's THAT good! The hardest part was choosing what to get every morning. We had the cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, sticky buns (cream cheese frosting and walnut/raisin topped varieties), and cheesedanish. They don't have any seating, so we did have to eat in the car. Since returning home from our trip I have a lot ofhealthy eating in my future to make up for this, but it was well worth it.
Cinnamon sticky buns are the best, get raisins and nuts. Ask clerk nicely and they will give extra goo from pan. The dough is delightful and lite. Also had a butter cake which was very flavorful but a little more liquidy than I like. I added homegrownstrawberries to it which took it over the edge. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
I love this place! I ordered a confetti cake with Spider-Man buttercream design for my sons 6th birthday. The design was adorable and the cake tasted amazing. The people who work there are very patient and super easy to work with; not to mentionsuper reasonable pricing! I?ll never order a cake anywhere else!
